It has been over two years since I hired Patty to do Spring Cleaning. Well, I never have to do that again. Patty and her employees Spring clean every time they come! This is not an exaggeration. Not only do they do a great job dusting and vacuuming, but they wipe down windows, baseboards and even use a ladder to reach top shelves, TVs, mirrors and pictures. Extremely rude and incompetent person. She has no manners to talk and is a high headed individual. We canceled her services before even starting the work. Her plan is to quote less money in starting and when her people enter the house , they start exaggerating the work. We are highly disappointed how this business is still running. I would recommend not to fall for this con-artist.
I set up two appointments they were a no show! I called and she said she left me a message which ch she did not! If you’re not taking any new customers just say so! This company is now t worth your time! Steer clear of them especially if you need a response!
