Mi mamá les pidió un retoque oscuro y en ves de eso se lo aclararon y pintaron uno que otro mechón en negro pero se lo aclararon de más y se lo quemaron y aparte no se lo dejaron como ella quería. No lo recomiendo, aparte son super impuntuales.
