I took my son for a haircut the owner Paty was busy so she had a guy do his hair. I want to start by saying he has terrible customer service skills. I showed him the haircut my son wanted it was on a poster they have on the wall with different kids haircuts he chose#5 well he was cutting the hair not as shown but how he wanted to cut it. I said can you please do it as is shown in the picture. He was rude and said I’m done, he left and started preparing his food to eat. The owner had to step in and finished. No service whatsoever, EVER! Wasn’t even greeted nor acknowledged once I walked in. I sat there for at least 40 minutes while other people just walked in and got service right away. If it’s only by appointment, at least mention that to the walk-in customers. Very unprofessional.
I really like this place, they do a great and fast job!
Great friendly staff. Good on attention to detail.
