When I went to see ********** was about to be homeless. I'm on disability so my income is very low. After talking with **** for awhile he let me pick my own payment, one I could afford. He was very kind and accommodating. I can't think of anything negative about this business or **** Seaman himself. I just want to give a big thank you!!!
We were met by the owner who showed us homes on his lot. He was very polite. He gave us excellent service. We were very happy with our purchase. We had a few concerns as we were putting the home on our own property. All our questions were and concerns were answered. He was true to his word. we would highly recommend Patty Seaman Homes to anyone looking to purchase a home as it was a great experience,
********************* is a liar and not to believe anything he tells you! **** told me all of my expenses would be paid because it was the fault of his sales person that didnt inform the power company that an updated service was needed for my brothers new mobile home and that money would come out of her commission, and of course he also lied to the BBB of *******. Still waiting for a payment from **** after 2years! He is definitely a cull and cant be trusted for his word! G.T.
