I wish I could write a review based on the food that Patty Long catering provided but instead I will have to base this off my experience. I chose Patty Long to be a part of my wedding day - to cater the dinner at my reception. They never went over my timeline with me and in fact when I had my initial phone call with them I was told that the timeline put on my contract was tentative (as even stated within the contract) and that we would discuss the final details later.
