There was a lack of effort by the agent (Patty Curiel) to sell our family home. We were having extreme difficulty getting ahold of the agent. She would not return our calls or messages, and was extremely delayed in responding. She is not competent at all and has not been able to sell the family home till this day. Patty is a liar!!! The house was taken away from her because she sat on her behind and did nothing for months. Her colleague Carl Guzzy took over because she was incompetent! He was able to sell the house. Contacted this agent to try to schedule an appointment. Kept ignoring my calls and not answering any of my inquiries. Agent was recommended by a family member. I will not recommended this Agent to any family member or friend.
