Excellent experience overall. My wife needed an iron infusion on a Saturday at 7 am. Plenty of parking at this location. Very clean, specious and welcoming lobby, check in staff were kind and friendly. Luz was the nurse that was taking care of my wife, she was amazing. Very polite, attentive, caring, and kind.
This place is wonderful although I was originally diagnosed @ Hoag ( they had no speciality group @ the time to treat Neuroendocrine Carcinoid Cancer of the Lung, ) my treatments and care were sent elsewhere ( was not beneficial and detrimental will not state where, no support for my emotional care. lThen one of my other Hoag docs suggested Hoag Cancer Center for Support my life, health and my outcome has greatly improved. The quality of care received from the Hoag Cancer Center and in particular nurse navigator, Sandy Southerland, is what I could only hope for from an immediate family member working in the health care industry. This center has exceeded my expectations. It is an amazing and clean environment. All the nurses, doctors and staff are friendly and always greet you.
