Horrible Boots, Even Worse Customer Service If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a pair of “waterproof” steel-toe work boots for over $200 from this store, and within four days, they were completely useless. I wore them in the rain—not standing in puddles, not walking through deep water, just regular rain—and my feet were completely soaked. I took my prized ostrich skin boots in for new heels and soles. They did an awesome job for a very reasonable price! It's a pleasure to find a store that still offers quality service for a fair price.
Staff was incredibly unhelpful. When asked for help with hats, they gave a completely unreasonable price just so they would not have to deal with our inquiries. Disappointing since they do have a lot of items that you can't find elsewhere.
I went to have my belts to get additional holes in my belts and the guy was very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm glad that I found this place they won my heart and business.
