Called today when I had a broken shut off valve, thanks again for the effort in trying to help over the phone with getting it solved even when all employees were busy

Called for appointment and was told he would try to come the next day….didnt hear. Waited a few days and called again, said “next week”..texted and asked if they were coming after another week, finally called and spoke with him. He said he’d come that afternoon. Waited 3 hours and no show. No explanation, no answer to texts. Hired another plumber. Would not recommend at all. I wasted over a month waiting and still a no show, and never the curtesy of an explanation

Called after hours looking for urgent help with a lift pump that has stopped working and was overflowing. The gentleman who answered my call was able to walk me through the steps to find the source of the issue and get my pump to work in the short term. Very kind and extremely helpful.
