This is a horrible company unless you are family our great friends, I was fired for no reason, my word against another tech, now they have fired a great guy who got into an acident in a company vehicle, wasn't his fault but was fired after 5 years because he is now a liability, if you have a contract with them you might want to look at what there charging you for, alot is fraudulent and lies just to get your money, I know I worked there.
Previous emloyee, they should advertise vacancies as seasonal help and stop demolishing good people. With zero discipline issues and 3 kids, they fired me 1 month before Christmas.
Service is excellent as evidenced by the reliability of the equipment. Curtis Crosby is the tech and he is outstanding. Terri Harrington in the office provides office support and service reminders in an outstanding manner. Costs are competitive. I recommend Patton's.
