The truck maintenance crew here are awesome. They have all of the latest equipment to diagnose issues with your truck or other vehicles (Now servicing RV's and other vehicles at this location) and are good about getting you safely back on the road as quickly as possible.
Was told it's company policy not to drive a tow motor into a single axle trailer. Been to 100s of business's and this is the only location I've ever heard such nonsense. Unloaded 20 skids with 1 guy and a pallet jack, also only had 1 pallet jack so I couldn't even help to speed up the process. Friendly staff otherwise
