I recently purchased a car from ADEL at Patton Motorcars. The particular car that I bought was not one of the cars on the lot, but rather a one owner BMW that was being sold privately by Adel. The car was 10 years old and did have some minor issues, however thee were no surprises. Car lasted LESS THAN 2 WEEKS and wasted THOUSANDS of my hard earned dollars! I had an extremely disappointing experience with Jeff Patton. I purchased a vehicle that was quickly found out to have severe oil consumption issues, which should have been identified and addressed before the sale. JEFF and his shop have no excuse for this oversight. The car was clearly not properly inspected, and selling it in such poor condition is unacceptable. The sale was handled well and we are happy with the car we purchased for my daughter. However, the salesperson went over and above to reassure my daughter when an engine light went on briefly. She was going on the highway to Vancouver and made the trip safely. We were very grateful for the extra time they took to look at the car and reassure my daughter. All had been well since then.
