Dr. Patton is fine, but the office staff makes any visit unpleasant. They always make you feel like they are too busy to help you. I needed a referral and it took them several days just to make the phone call to schedule it. When I questioned them about it, they told me they were simply too busy. There you have it, they seem to be too busy for their patients' needs. Sadly, the practitioner gets one star because of his staff.
Sad thing is, Dr. Patton is awesome! He's very polite and has always treated my family with respect. His staff on the other hand, they are completely ridiculous. Honey, in particular. She makes even the smallest things very difficult. She has always been very rude, and has even cussed at me while on the phone. Very unprofessional and I will be writing reviews on every website I can find that will listen to what I have to say.
