Patton Home Improvements did an amazing job on my windows!! From the first visit to measure and ask questions with regard to what I wanted all the way through to the quote. A very reasonable price. Everything included in the price was indicated, including finishing the inside of the new windows. The work was done in a very timely manner. No mess in my home or outside my home. Allan was extremely professional in all aspects of the work completed, from the starting point of the initial call, preparing a quote and ultimately getting the work done. Allan was a great communicator at all times, knowledgeable in how to get the work done, identified issues that we were not aware of, and completed all the work in a timely manner. We are happy with the eavestrough installation. Patton showed up on time with adequate resources, and did a nice clean installation. Staff were polite and friendly.
We are very happy with the work Allan did at our cabin (eavestrough repair and installation of a snow guard on our metal roof). His quote was fair, he made an extra trip to check the colour match on the snow guard, and after completing the work he did a little extra cleanup and fixing beyond what we had contracted, at no extra charge. We would happily hire him again.
Allan and his team at Patton Home Improvements did an outstanding job transforming our side split bungalow located on Meyers Island with new windows and siding. From start to finish, every aspect of the process exceeded our expectations. We had used Allan at Patton Home Improvements a few years ago to replace our front bay window as it was letting in a nasty draft with leaking window panels.
