Joe Patton, of Patton contracting provided excellent service for our Beach Box remodel effort. He and his team were very experienced and provided excellent results for us, you can't even remember what it looked like before it's so nice. I couldn’t be happier with renovations at our home. This specific project consisted of the hallway and two bedrooms. Carpets were ripped up, floors redone, paneling taken down, sheetrock put up, trim work, window replacements, new fixtures, etc… the works. After telling Joe what I wanted (glad he could decipher my requests as this is my first time having any work done on a home) the only thing I had to do was pick out paint colors and somehow it ended up being better than I had hoped for. Patton contracting did a fantastic job transforming a covered screened in porch into a beautiful addition to the living space of the house. Everyone who has seen it is really impressed with the finished product. Joe was very responsive to our questions and kept us informed all along the way. We highly recommend this company!!
I contracted with Joe Patton to extend our kitchen adding about 110 sq ft of living space. Additionally contracted with him for total replacement of decks and railings, the project also included replacing much of the 30+ year old siding, painting the entire house and all required electrical upgrades and HVAC mods.
