Brett with Patton Brothers Water Heaters did an excellent job with my septic tank service. He located the septic tank cover and made a clear map showing where it sits compared to fixed spots around my home, which was very helpful for future plumbing work. He also took care to refill the holes neatly and used some extra paving bricks I had under my deck to mark the cover so it sits flush with the lawn and looks clean. Brett from Patton Brothers Water Heaters came out for what started as an estimate on a water heater. He handled all three plumbing jobs really well, worked efficiently, and helped prevent a b... read more

Brett and the crew were very professional, worked efficiently, and even made the setup better by adding an access panel for future plumbing service. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work, the attention to detail, and how smoothly everything was handled. They really went ab... read more

I had a major plumbing problem from a broken sewer line that caused water backup, but I was very thankful to find a great plumber who delivered excellent service and solid workmanship. I called early in the morning, and Brett arrived quickly and got right to work. By later that same day, the water in my home was working again without backing up where it should not. Since I help care for my elderly parents, having dependable running water is very important for their comfort, cleanliness, and daily needs. Brett personally hand... read more
