We recently moved and needed help installing a new kitchen faucet and checking our sink, which we thought might be clogged. We suspected the grease trap needed cleaning, but we didn't want to handle that ourselves. Ian came by to provide an estimate and returned a few days later to do the job. Excellent service! My 84-year-old mother had a water leak under her house. I arranged for Patton Brothers Water Heaters to come out and handle the repairs. They arrived promptly, evaluated the issue, and provided an estimate. After letting the area dry a bit, Ian and his polite assistant did an amazing job. They laid down mats to protect the floors, wore shoe covers every time they entered and exited, and finished the repair quickly and as promised. I highly recommend Patton Brothers Water Heaters; they deserve more than 5 stars for their honesty and fair pricing compared to others. My kitchen sink was clogged for two days, and despite trying heavy-duty drain cleaner and a plunger, nothing seemed to help. I had the best experience with a plumber. They were professional, thoughtful, and courteous. Ian went above and beyond to ensure I understood everything that was happening and made sure our cats stayed inside while keeping our home clean.
