Brock has been great to work with. Well over a year ago he listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I didn't retain his services at the time as I tried to handle it on my own. It got to the point where I did hire him, and he has been very courteous and professional making sure I am taken care of. Have always had to leave a message and a return call has always been given in a reasonable amount of time. This should always be expected with any service as this.
In my opinion he takes advantage of people, over charges and never returns a phone call or email. Very unprofessional. I definitely wouldn’t recommend him. Horrible experience and definitely doesn’t follow through with his word. I felt that he was incompetent when it came to securing items with regard to the estate.
