Very rarely do people attain true mastery of what they do. However, James Riccaboni is one of them. James Riccaboni was amazing to work with. The entire process was smooth. He is very knowledgeable and able to provide valuable insight about the market and any red flags with potential homes. He is also very responsive and diligent - we were able to see homes within 48hrs of listing which is crucial during this difficult market with low inventory and high demand.
