UPDATE: REVIEW AFTER THE FACILITIES REPLY TO MY REVIEW. The nurse did call, and she did speak to my wife. She then called again while my wife was unavailable and my wife responded to her immediately upon being available. The nurse was very kind and simply needed to reschedule the previously set appointment since the ARNP called in 30 days of her medications. While the nurse was professional and cleared up the scheduling conflict, the "effort to reach us" mentioned in the clinic’s response is simply not accurate. It shouldn’t... read more

This has been a truly tragic experience. After an initial intake where the clinician seemed to be thoughtful in her approach to our son and his needs, with agreed upon strategies for his next session, she engaged in none of the strategies to help with his engagement. Then, informed us she would no longer be able to "handle" him and we would need to seek another provider. She exhibited the poorest clinical professionalism I have ever seen.
