5 stars for Tommy! But honestly 1 star for the billing. I pay every time I go there. I usually use cash, they don’t so change, so I will apply credits to my account. One day I tried to pay but the receptionist said my account was confusing because of the credits and that once she contacts billing I’d get a statement. A week or two later I go to check in and I’m told I owe for the session because “I didn’t want to pay it last time”. Like what? Y’all told me to wait. Horrible company an hour appointment and the lady was 30 minutes late. No courtesy call or anything. Patients time obviously doesn’t matter to them.
Susan had helped me navigate some tough times that occurred in my life. The staff are simply fantastic. Without these people and their compassion and professional skills my life would be very dark.
