Parts department needs help called 18 times no answer never called back
Great service!
When I order parts they let me pick them up anytime. If there is no answer when there busy they call back within minutes and text you too. We have had good experiences with buying equipment and service over the years
Poor communication from sales, service and shop manager. Machine was left outside OVERNIGHT with the machines PASSCODE left on the front door of the machine for anyone to come and fire up.
Service was excelent, Knowledge of my inmpliments problems were deat with very quickly, Would ask for his help when another isssue with any of my farm equipment fails.
