While visiting Burr Ridge, we were looking for a place to have to have a late breakfast. A Google search brought up Patti's, and I used the "Reserve a table" feature in hopes of securing a reservation for four of us. After 10 minutes, I got a text saying it could not make my reservation. Absolutely terrible experience. My husband ordered the steak and eggs and waited over 30 minutes for his food. When it finally arrived, they brought him the completely wrong meal. He politely told the waitress that this wasn’t what he ordered and that he didn’t want to eat it. Her response was, “I don’t care,” and she simply turned around and walked away. A classic breakfast/lunch spot. Simple food, properly prepared. Not cheap, but decent value. A step up from a nice diner. If you’re lucky, Dolores will be your server; she is a charmer, and great at her job.
