I needed unusual pieces (floating stair supports) powder-coated to match my decor, and Patty was super accommodating, even though that's not the type of jobs they usually do. The pieces were stripped, then powder-coated to perfection, at a fair price. I'm very happy with the result, and the cost of my final stairs (way cheaper than having someone do custom supports for me).
