They went out of their way to help me with my alternator. The other places I called didn’t have availability for over a week, yet they were able to order and repair my alternator the same day here. I just called and showed up. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area
I have been looking for a trustworthy mechanic after taking my car to the dealership for years. I was recommended Patti’s by a friend of mine. Staff was pleasant, knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained what was wrong and how they were going to fix my car. Service was quick — even for a Saturday! Didn’t get charged an arm and a leg either. Will definitely be returning.
