I took my daughter’s CRV to replace a stripped wheel lug. It was a first time visit. I found Patti’s to be an honest family-run shop with courteous and knowledgeable mechanics. I dealt with Patti, Phoebe and mechanic, Carlos. They were a pleasure to deal with. As a Dad, I’m happy that my daughter now has an honest shop to go to.
I've been coming to Patti & Pheobe for two years and they are excellent. Very fair prices, great advice & recommendations (I've had my tires replaced by them, in addition to regular oil changes/tire rotations). They are friendly and welcoming, and so are their dogs and sweet cat!

Patti and Phoebe do an amazing job and they know their stuff they do. Their mechanics are also very caring when they deal with your car in common and sensitive issues. Their motto is to get you back on track at reasonable price. The extra mile Patti went on my 10 years old VW has made it to last me another decade or more and it drives like a dream. The photo of valves and intake manifold cleaned up shows it all. The work on chains was great and after tightening the noise went away and runs superb.
