Patti is exceedingly honest. Short story long, she found that my Prius was entitled to free repairs from Toyota due to a defect. She could’ve charged me Bank to do the repairs but didn’t even charge for the diagnostics and gave me all the instruction I needed to get my $3500 or so of free repairs from Toyota. Thank you Patti!
Have been brining our cars here the past 5 years based upon friends recommendation. Patti and Phoebe are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and have great mechanics working on the cars . They’re honest about what needs to be done and not super expensive unless your car has major issue . I miss the cat in the office but she’s happier at home.
I went in for what I thought would be just an oil change, but turned out to be a lot of maintenance I didn't even know I hadn't been keeping up with along with troubleshooting and resolving another issue I've been driving around with for literal years. My RAV 4 has not been driven much nor serviced for 10 years. After Patti's AutoCare did a major "do over" including new tires, the car drove like a new car. Friendly skillful professional staff, reasonable price for service, honest and trustworthy. I can't name everything that was done (not in my vocabulary) but nothing was overlooked.
Patti and Phoebe took great/superior care of me from beginning to end. They understood the reason for my coming and identified some important upgrades that were needed and not identified or recommended by the dealer. Very happy with the service, support, recommendations, pricing, sarcasm, and attention to detail.
