Patti’s is a great place to take your vehicle! My low tire pressure light was on and I needed new brakes. They took care of the tire sensor problem and got my car in for new breaks. Friendly service, and Chloe the dog makes it a pleasure to wait-
I do not normally leave reviews, but the service was so exceptional I had to. If you are in Berkeley and having any car difficulties, this is THE place to go. Everyone at the business is kind, patient, and thorough. They made me feel so heard, and were so patient in explaining what was going on with my car. I can't say enough incredible things about the service and this business! I will definitely be back if I need anything.
I’m new to the bay area just moved here from Michigan and am trans and with that being said it’s not always easy to find a garage that I feel comfortable in let alone a place I could trust with my car but Patti’s auto really nailed it there fast and thorough and sent me pictures of the part that needed fixing before moving forward! What a lovely staff that actually cares about there customers and the work that they do! Definitely my new go to spot! Thank you so much 🥰
