We always find Patti to be honest with her work and she never oversells or tries to convince us to get unneeded work. We have been taking our VW there for years and trust her and her family.
Went in to get an oil change and tire rotation. I really enjoy coming here because they are as hassle free as can be and don’t try to upsell you on anything. Always friendly service, quick turnaround, and reasonable prices.
Patti and Phoebe are an amazing team when it comes to running their shop. They are competent, kind, and unceasingly trustworthy. I also have some knowledge of the excellent way they take care of their team of mechanics. I am grateful that I'm able to have my car serviced at Patti's, and often tell people I kmow about their wonderful shop!
