First time customer. Had a nail in my tire and Patti's was close and had extremely high reviews. They were incredibly busy when I walked in but they bumped me up to fix my tire and did so in under an hour. No upselling and incredibly reasonably priced. Nice people, quality work and affordable. Will be using them again. Update 3/28/25 Needed more significant work done and Pattie's was great again!
I came up from Los Angeles, my vehicle was giving me issues. I stopped in here and they were honest and repaired my vehicles for under 100.00
Staff are excellent communicators! Can’t tell the hourly rate from my invoice but think it’s reasonable for the Bay Area. Mr car was serviced quickly. Woman owned so love that.
I have enjoyed getting maintenance done at Patti’s, but $263 for an oil and air filter change does not feel reasonable.
