The doctor and staff are nice. However, this particular brand of hearing aids only have one microphone and very limited on adjustments which means they need to sell you higher priced hearing aids every 3-5 years. The hearing aids are not customized for the patient but that is not really disclosed. They also are not covered by C+. So if you have worked around heavy equipment and have hearing loss associated these aides are not going to get your hearing into the range it needs… See more
