Terrible experience. Although I had an appointment for two weeks, they waited until 30 minutes before my appointment time to call me and tell me I had no insurance coverage - which I 100% knew before making the appointment and was prepared to pay for out of pocket. She was just trying to “save me a trip”. Told her I was aware and went in anyway since I had already taken the day off from work. Everyone was so kind. It was a great learning experience. They took their time with me and explained to me about my hearing needs. I will recommend Patillo Hearing Center to my friends.
Very friendly and helpful staff. We felt like she was very knowledgeable and answered all our concerns.
