be pampered like you deserve I love going here every couple of months for their pampering. I usually get the full treatment which includes a facial, whirlpool, hair style, and massage. After I leave here, I am ready to face the world again. This place is a real slice of Heaven on Earth. Every woman deserves to go here as much as possible. It is worth every penny that you spend. The ladies that work here are just so sweet. I consider them a part of my extended family.
AMAZING! I live in CT but I visit family in WV. I always make it a point to visit this amazing spa, and the products and services CANNOT be beat! I do phone orders for the products if I run out in between visits (I can't go without!). The facials in CT are twice the price, and half the results. The nicest people ever! Love this place <3
My daughter made an appointment for a facial and massage. They phoned her back immediately and said they had a cancellation. When she got there, they said she did not have an appointment. Looking through reviews, I see this is a common complaint. Horrible.
I made two appointments at the same time for me and my mother to get manicures, and when we showed up, they said they didn’t have us on the schedule and they could only do hers. What was supposed to be a nice relaxing mother/daughter experience was a disappointment.
I love this place! Abbie is the best pedicurist in the universe and this shop is so friendly and fun. I really like that they do not do gel nails so it even smells nice there. It's relaxing and the prices are just about the same as in the less nice places. My favorite pedicure place!
Everyone is friendly here. I like that the pedicure chairs are in their own little area and not in a wide open space. It helps me relax and enjoy the experience more. Tiffany gives a great pedi. She also does a great leg wax, explaining what she's doing every step so that there are no surprises when it's your first wax. I love the warm and cozy atmosphere at Patti Johns'.
I love the ladies at Patti Johns' and the atmosphere of the spa is very relaxing. Today Abby gave me a wonderful new look. I feel fabulous! The mix of colors in my hair is just perfect!
