I have been going to Dr. Ross for over 16 years. She delivered my 3 babies. I love her bed side manners and she remembers details about my family and always asks me about them during my visit despite that I see her once a year now! I live pretty far now but I will only make that drive because I feel very comfortable with her.
Absolutely the worst office. Throughout my pregnancy we have frequented the office many times and every visit has been a different type of horrible experience. There is a lack of communication, horrible care, ridiculous wait times (at least 2 hours every time), and we get pushed to the back of the line after the Medicaid patients. I tried switching to a new office but being high risk most other doctors want to see you from the beginning. If you have insurance, absolutely to not go to this office. I have known Dr. Ross for 45 years! She delivered my children and grandchildren. She is highly intelligent with the best bedside manner, and a heart of gold. She is very kind and helps her patients in every way possible. The world needs more people like Dr. Ross! <3 :)

Dr. Ross is THE best physician! She’s brilliant, extremely kind, and has an amazing personality. I love this woman so much!
