The kindest owners. Kassi does a wonderful job! My daughter sends me flowers from here all the time (and she’s picky) and I’m always so impressed by what gets delivered! They had a pumpkins and petals class last night that we attended and it was just lovely!

For a local, small business flower shop, I was absolutely disgusted by the service. I said hello, no reply. I walked in looking for flowers for my mother, the young lady gave a very cold stare, no words exchanged, no "What are you looking for?". I awkwardly walked over to the fridge area, quietly pulled out a 50$ flower bunch, walked up the the lady, "Cash or card"... I get that people have bad days, and I'm very personable. Can you at least show a modicum of interest when a customer walks in? Thanks.

Sent these flowers to my cousin for her father’s passing and Patterson Flowers did NOT disappoint. My cousin said: “the most comforting bouquet of flowers I’ve ever received” - Kassi does SUCH an amazing job! Glad this place has new owners!!

Fantastic customer service and beautiful arrangements. I drop in for last minute bouquets or order for funerals and they always are kind, patient with uncertainty, and ready to go the extra mile!
