This place left me sitting for 3 hours before starting to load me when I checked in the office to find out what is taking so long the guy basically blew me off and told me to go wait no real answer no real time frame that's disrespectful to the truck driver that pulls the loads to keep their doors open
Disappointing level of professionalism. We delivered a load from Colorado to this facility. The rate was already low, yet the real issue occurred upon arrival. Only after we showed up were we informed that the facility was closed and that delivery would be possible the next day. No prior notification was provided. As a result, we lost our next scheduled load and valuable working time.
