I am disappointed in your lack of willingness to complete the shed we purchased. You did not hesitate to deposit the check we paid for the building with the day after. Your crew arrived without all the necessary tools and materials, they had to use our tools, stop work and go to Lowe’s to purchase materials and still did not finish. In my case the shed was put together initially with good materials. That is the best that I can offer. Joe seems to be a nice guy but he tells me one thing and does another. My shed was purchased with a 2 year warranty. After the install the shed leaked. I made a call and they eventually came back and installed a roof-over at an additional cost for me.
