Horrible HORRIBLE customer service. Once they have your $/sale they will give you the run around for any service required. Just read all the other reviews, they are spot on when they say they will ignore your calls/emails. When waiting for parts/service - they say one thing today, different thing tomorrow and always ALWAYS give you the run around. I would NEVER buy something here. Absolute nightmare to deal with
The salesman I dealt with was beyond amazing . However I purchased this Travel trailer 05/05/26 and have yet to receive ownership/registration papers for my trailer. Upon multiple emails and back and fourth with the company and set backs from service NB here we are still getting each hiccup they tell me but no solutions . I have been issued 2 temp permits which doesnt solve the time I have been paying for my trailer and not being to make full use and base my travel times around these 2 week window permits . Very Friendly great bunch of people
Went to look at a compact tractor and was well received. I had the privilege of meeting a great salesperson by the name of Drew that had detailed knowledge of the product he sells. The dealership has a huge inventory. I highly recommend this store.
Everyone is so welcoming and the service is excellent. Thank you to Jamie in parts and service for all the help aswell. We feel at home at Patterson in Miramichi. Always great deals and that’s why we keep our business done here!
