My refrigerator in my new 5th wheel stopped working last Sunday afternoon. I emailed Jody Dunnett from the Moncton office to explain my situation. He was very quick to not only respond, but had a tech sent out to me, 3 hours away, the next day to repair the refrigerator. Turns out, there was a factory connection that was loose behind the kitchen cabinets. Excellent service and very responsive to my issue. Highly recommend this dealer. Thank You to everyone there for the quick response and help.
Very friendly staff. Work on rv was done as expected and within an acceptable time. The general manager listened to my concerns and acted promptly giving great service and updates along the way. I understand that dealerships are at the mercy of manufacturers to getting parts in a timely manner but the overall experience was very good and I would highly recommend them. Everyone was very helpful.
