Very friendly staff. Work on rv was done as expected and within an acceptable time. The general manager listened to my concerns and acted promptly giving great service and updates along the way. I understand that dealerships are at the mercy of manufacturers to getting parts in a timely manner but the overall experience was very good and I would highly recommend them. Everyone was very helpful.
Unless you would like technician to go until your warranty runs out, this is not the place to buy a camper,
Call on day last week spoke to Darrell MacDonald about service on a bike that has been there for 4 months waiting to get warranty work done. Darrell was great sympathetic in all the right ways ...... Darrell was going to get an answer for me and call me by noon the next day... OVER A WEEK LATER AND STILL NOCALL FRIM DARRELL MACDONALD.. BEWARE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT A STRONG POINT WITH THIS COMPANY.. BUYER BEWARE
The absolute worst service I have ever had. Call Monday leave a message , tell you they will call you back in a half hour , by Friday you've left 8 messages and still no one calls back. Would not recommend unless you want no warranty work done and to be completely ignored every time you call. Been waiting on a gasket for 3 months now with no ETA on when it might arrive from back order. Have left messages with finance manager regarding payments , no call back. Spoke with them in plenty of time to open my trailer like 2 monthes in advance, set a date, and time was there to meet them , 3 hrs late .so i had to leave without them doing the job .waste of my time and the 5 hr drive i had to make .good news: I found a trailer dealer ship that did the job the next day .never again .
