We rented a climate controlled unit from Patterson Self Storage for the past two years. It was a flawless experience. Our building was neat, clean and air-conditioned. Our unit was secure and easy to access. I always felt safe going into the building. Our rent was raised one time in 24 months.I cannot imagine a better storage facility!!
Fantastic quality of storage units, amazing customer service and the facility is spotless, efficient and top-notch. Security and access are very well managed and you have everything you need onsite for moving in and out!

Had to find a rental unit for the summer for our daughter who goes to UCSB. They were very helpful in finding a reasonable rate storage locker. It's an easy drive from the UCSB dorms. The facilities are clean, well lit and secure.
