Do not recommend. John roughed in a bathroom and agreed to work with me on a heating system. The Ruffin portion of the project went poorly with problems like sewer line being pitched in the wrong direction, shutting off supply to water heater and splashing purple primer all over freshly painted walls and flooring. *****. Definitely do NOT use this company!!! ***** Here is my brief experience. I sent requested pictures via text to Frank. He called back two days later with a very high verbal estimate. When asked why it was so high, he said "it is what it is". I politely asked that he send me a written estimate. His response?
