They have good customer service but I ordered some tail lights from them which they drop ship and never said it’d ship from an over seas manufacturer which would cause a SIGNIFICANT delay compared to their “In stock items will ship within 1-2 business days”, “Items ship daily, If the item you ordered is not in stock, a member of our team will contact you via email / phone.” Which is not true, I was the one who had to ask about the delivery time, they never contacted me first or even that the product was being delivered from ... read more
Very nice person the service is fast and they answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Where do I start? First of all, Donald and all of his employees, are fantastic guys. I have experienced many other performance shops, here in El Paso, and these guys take the cake. I had my Audi r8 in his shop multiple times over the last 2 months. They installed an exhaust, tune, and air lift suspension on my Audi r8. wanted to charge me 1,100 for headers if i buy from them
I took my new vehicle in to install a lowering kit and spacers and the work was done in a few hours and I love the new stance of the car. I would consider doing future business here. Also, the staff is highly knowledgeable and friendly.
