Terrible service, horrible prices, I really can't understand how this place got any good reviews at all. It must have been a long time ago that they provided anything less than 1 star service.
Based on the fine, very thorough, and fairly priced service Patterson has given my Saab cabrio, I felt completely comfortable buying a used and beautiful Saab Combi. I know that these strange and wonderful Swedish cars that have captured my heart are in very good hands there. This is a rare garage staffed by the rarest sort of people—real car guys. I stopped by one day to request information on having an ignition key made for my saab. While I waited, the chief mechanic and his staff were working to help a lady with young children who were broken down on the interstate. I was so impressed with their desire to help that I decided to have them work on my Saab and to provide key service. Their prices and service were far superior to what I ever expected. I have now had them make major repairs on our Saab,Toyota, and Ford truck. I have learned that this auto repair business... read more
