You have to pay for wash out after unloading, the trailer is in the bad condition after them

They don’t let u drop the trailer, and when I walked in to the office they refused me to use restroom inside and told me to go use honey bucket with a temp outside under 33F This is discrimination against those who work hard, the blonde lady inside is rude and disrespectful!!! I will refuse to come here pick a load anymore!!!
