Come straight in off Burnett, when you get to the gate, pull off to the side and call the number on the sign. They want you to wait by the gate for an answer, even though you can't read the sign until you get to the gate and you're then blocking the gate, and the sign doesn't say to park off to the side. Also the sign doesn't give hours the office is open so you may not get a call back. My appt was for 0700, it's now 0930, still being loaded. You have to pay for wash out after unloading, the trailer is in the bad condition after them

They don’t let u drop the trailer, and when I walked in to the office they refused me to use restroom inside and told me to go use honey bucket with a temp outside under 33F This is discrimination against those who work hard, the blonde lady inside is rude and disrespectful!!! I will refuse to come here pick a load anymore!!!
