Poor communication, bad service. Does quick and poor jobs. Had to take my bike to another shop and have it repaired from the damage he had done. He has taken no responsibility of his actions. I am currently taking him to court.

My husband had his tires replaced at his “shop” at Phil’s home. He told us it’d be done in a couple days. Phil calls the next day and says it’s done? Seemed like a rush job, but we went and picked it up. First ride out, less than 50 miles… back tire went flat. Keep in mind we had him install brand new tires and tubes. We try and message him a few times, for which he ghosts us for a while.
