We were just devastated by the tragic loss of our daughter. I reached out to Patterson only because they were advertised as open 24hrs. I spoke to Ms Sharon. Never have I met such a caring and compassionate person , blindly as I did on this call. Ms Sharon answered all my questions and even helped in getting information for us from the hospital in our time of need. She did not need to do this, but she is just that way.
