Not very accomodating. Previous patient with infected sore but too bad. Could do nothing for me until next week (8 days).
The doctor was excellent but didn't make up for the terrible staff--unhelpful, unprofessional and about three times as many of them as one might expect and still poor service. What's up that these physicians tolerate and inept staff.
This is a great Dermatology clinic! It has a beautiful lobby and the Doctors are great. I had such wonderful results with Dr. Hickman- she was kind and compassionate- and never left you feeling judged or anything remotely negative. I would recommend everyone to Dr. Hickman she was fabulous. And my skin has never looked so good for so long! I will absolutely go back for any future dermatological needs!
Doctors great, Staff NOT The staff will give you the run around and are not very courteous or friendly. Try to get a hold of the nurse... Just try. Her voice mail says she only returns calls after 5 pm but she rarely does. The doctors are wonderful. Absolutely great but since you deal mostly with the nursing and support staff the overall experience has not been good for me. Very frustrating.
