I worked with Attorney Kayla and her assistant Stephanie. They were both extremely patient and always took the time to talk and explain things to me when I had questions. They seem to generally want to help but they have a practice where they ask for $ from YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY under a personal injury protection claim then add it to your settlement which then you have to pay back?? Which means its not part of the settlement?? Didn't get enough to cover all my passengers hospital bills and since I have some accounting skills I caught the discrepancy quickly. Also I READ BEFORE I SIGN....and caught the PIP amount added then removed and basically the attorney was gonna get more then me. I said... read more
