Robert S. Patterson founded our firm in 2004, following a successful 20-year career with a large, prestigious firm of Santa Barbara lawyers and six years as a public defender. His objective was to more personally help victims of accidents and negligence.

Bob was handled our case for my daughter who was injured in a car accident. We were basically satisfied with the work, however based on how Bob explained his fee structure to us, we felt that we were lied to and cheated. We tried to have an honest discussion with Bob-it didn't go very well. It is our opinion that we caught Bob in a lie when he told us his assistant Wendy was in the conference room when he explained the fee structure percentage. SAVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! They accepted my case, were incredibly unhelpful and did nothing for months before sending me an email stating they decided they aren't going to take the case and recommend I try a firm in another state with zero explanation as to why I should do that. If my case wasn't something they could work, they could have told me that months prior and given me a chance to work with someone else.
