Very unprofessional! I would avoid this company!!
Its been an unfortunate experience having to deal with you, Aldo! You have shown NO responsibility as a landlord & ignored multiple complaints regarding the behaviour of your tenant in the eastern suburbs! You have told us receiving rent on time was your only concern! Now, through your lack of responsibility, the local council are taking your tenants to court!! Aldo, may I suggest you show some responsibility & take affirmative action when valid complaints are bought to your attention!!
Having to give 1 star is generous. Steer well clear of this agency. We had an awful experience as a rental provider, with countless issues becoming evident when the tenant moved out. There were zero issues listed on the exit inspection report by Aldo, however when we accessed the property we noted that the place was filthy, there were command hooks super glued to the walls which took paint and plaster off with them, an outdoor blind was deliberately damaged, a key hadn't been returned, furniture was left behind, furniture ha... read more
Be very careful when dealing with this lot.. completely unprofessional and a horrendous reputation with most people who had the unfortunate experience to cross their paths. I had to endure 3 years with them and it was not pleasant to say the least.
