ETA: Changing rating to 3 stars. We have been in our home for two years and did a radon test that came back high. At the time of construction, we paid for Patterson to install a full radon mitigation system. We had a company come out and determine that one was never installed, despite it being on our documentation and the blueprint for the house. We reached out a few months ago with no response. We ended up paying $1,500 (again) for a radon mitigation system to be installed. Hopefully they respond to our most recent inquiry ... read more
The community is great. The quality of the homes is sub par. Not sure we will buy a home from them again.
We had such a good experience with building our home. They were very helpful through the whole process. I loved their standard options, quartz for a standard! We were able to get the home we wanted without doing a lot of upgrades because their standards were already an awesome option. Would totally build again with them if we were to get a new home.
