First time buying a home. Great experience! Dallin and James were very helpful and gave some recommendations on upgrades that make a huge difference! The 2 stage furnace and ac unit was 100% worth it makes a world of difference. Me and my wife have just been loving our home! No issues since we've moved in! When we did our final walk through Jaris answered all of our questions even put plugs in where we would have our pendants above the kitchen counter so there wasn't a hole in the ceiling. Patterson Homes was a breath of fresh air when it came to working with home builders. Any changes or adjustments we needed they were very accommodating. Where as the other builders we meet said cookie cutter is their policy. Not Patterson. Customer service was top priority for them which made our whole building process smooth and painless.
