We are very pleased with the work Patterson Homes and Construction has done for us. They are good communicators and stand by their work.
Alaina was amazing from start to finish. She presented us with a stunning new kitchen design (all within our budget) and was there every step of the way managing to project. We live 700 miles away but it didn't matter because Alaina was at our house making sure everything was top notch. We recommend her without reservation.
Patterson Homes and Construction was very easy to work with. We are out of town homeowners, and Rich Setzer organized the replacement our roof to coincide with the one week that was available for the project in the middle of the rental season. He had a large crew there early in the morning and completed the job in one day. Highly recommend this company.
I had a complete remodel of the upper level of my home. A brand new kitchen, bathroom and living area. I previously worked with Patterson on a few smaller projects so I had full confidence that the work would be done to perfection. I couldn’t be happier, renovation included a custom bench seating area, new quartz countertops and island.
