Ever since I bought this new home, I have basically had to replace everything from electrical to plumbing fixtures to HVAC to garage door openers. They knowingly installed faulty HVAC systems (were subject of class action) and many people in my subdivision have had issues. I have found trash drywalled into my home in different areas and trash left on cabinets and inside plumbing areas. A contractor friend said he was appalled at the quality of work. I would not buy a home or use these builders EVER!

We chose Patterson Homes to build our retirement home two years ago. We have been in this home for 6 months. Building a home can be very taxing and stressful. Travis and his staff made it as easy as could be. There were trying times, We had to work thru price fluxuations, supply chain problems and labor shortages. I would build with Patterson Homes again without question.
