Purchased a tractor (McCormick x4.80) sales team was very responsive right up until delivery. Now, very little in terms of support. A month later, still no paperwork sent, issues with the tractor and i cannot get support. So i am thinking not a great location to deal with? Would prefer to deal with the shop, or someone there but maybe this will help encourage a faster response!?!
