Patterson Sales and Service in Truro is a complete and utter joke. We purchased a tractor and trailer in October 2023 and have had nothing but problems with the tractor and even worse problems with customer service and getting the issues sorted out. It took 3 different service techs to come to our house to do warranty work before we could even use the tractor after delivery. Purchased a tractor (McCormick x4.80) sales team was very responsive right up until delivery. Now, very little in terms of support. A month later, still no paperwork sent, issues with the tractor and i cannot get support. So i am thinking not a great location to deal with? Would prefer to deal with the shop, or someone there but maybe this will help encourage a faster response!?!
You need high credit to buy things unless you got cash
Amazing place so many amazing polaris you just need amazing credit or you'd have to do a down payment amazing place tho or u could buy one of there polaris with cash I'm gonna start working there soon n then maybe buy a new one or one on Facebook
