It was a real pleasure to work with the professional, courteous staff at Patterson. Our salesman quoted a fair and competitive price to convert our wood fireplace to gas. It turned out to be more of a project than any of us anticipated but the work was completed quickly and with surprisingly little mess. The installation team made every effort to keep our home clean and they were respectful of our property. (Even the dog liked them.) The experience I had with Patterson Comfort and Safety for Radon Mitigation was wonderful. A consultant came to my home within two days of my initial call and set up the test. Within 10 days the mitigation was complete. The installers were informative, answered any question along the way, and were very efficient. They did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished. I highly recommend this company to anyone with radon issues.
We recently moved to Dubuque and needed someone to look at our gas fireplace. Jay the service tech was here at the appointed time and solved the problem easily. He was neat, orderly and friendly, going about his work and explaining his actions as he went. Further, he spoke of other products and services the company has to offer.
