I recently had an ER visit that turned into a short hospital stay, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded my expectations. It is an ok place.
My son had a very bad thumb laceration last night and everyone in the PHC ER was simply amazing. They were so kind hearted and explained to him what they would do since it was his first ER visit. They even got us set up with a specialist before we left!! Overall awesome experience!!!
I want to know who the person is changing my appointment times when I arrive that's not right who ever did it they should reprammend or fired.but you don't want to anything about it also the ER doors should remain open and not locked when people arrive you would think that would be illegal what do have to say about this.probably oh well.being that I'm 71 I believe I've been descriminated against we why would someone change my appointment time upon arrival.you people need to resolve this.maybe I should hire an attorney.
I took my mother there today who is in a wheelchair as she needed a catheter to get urine. They decided to do it in the ER. After being confused on how to get her in the bed I told them to grab sling and lift. Tell me why the beds don't go up high enough for the lift to go under it? Why was the nurse and aide so confused on how to use a lift I had to put her in it?
